Support vital blood cancer research at Canberra Hospital by attending the Can the Cancer Dinner.

Every day, approximately 30 people are diagnosed with blood cancers. We need your help to ensure their research can continue to help people with blood cancer being treated at Canberra Hospital.

Date: Saturday, 21 October

Time: 7pm for 7.30pm start - 11.30pm

Where: Canberra Labor Club, Belconnen

Dress code: Smart dress

Tickets: $85 which includes 2 courses, to buy tickets call 02 6244 2963

Entertainment will be provided by Adam Scicluna, Male Performer of the Year and winner of the prestigious Peter Allen Gold MO Award in 2012 and 2013 plus Tony Haley. The event will feature a decadent dessert auction, games, raffles, auctions  and more.

All funds raised at this event will help to ensure this research - a comprehensive cancer research program enabling innovation to be translated quickly and easily to patient care through the Haematology Translational Research Unit and the ACT Haematology Research Tissue Bank – can continue its important work.

If you can’t make it but still want to support blood cancer research, you can make a donation here.

The Canberra Hospital Foundation would like to say a very special thank you to the Canberra Labor Club and other business for supporting the Blood Cancer Research dinner.
