What is the Compete for OUR HEART Challenge?
Canberra's local Clubs are revving up for a friendly community competition, uniting to raise funds in support of our patients, their loved ones, and healthcare teams.
The clock is ticking as the race is on to raise the most funds before 26 September!
Clubs hitting the impressive $10,000 milestone will unlock the chance to nominate a leader for our exhilarating Big Wig Challenge, a physical feat that promises excitement and impact.
The top fundraising Club will not only achieve a remarkable feat, they will also take home the Canberra Hospital Foundation's Top Fundraiser and Community Support Award. This honour, presented at the ClubsACT Awards Night 2024, awaits the champion in either the small or large club category.

Compete for OUR HEART is a collaborative fundraising partnership between CHF and ClubsACT which aims to leverage shared values and goals to create a powerful alliance fundraising to enhance excellent healthcare and wellbeing in Canberra.
This partnership is an opportunity to promote a collective effort toward a fantastic cause. Together, we can enhance the experience of patients and their families and support an improved environment for healthcare teams in our local community.

Canberra Hospital Foundation (CHF) is a registered charity committed to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families. Our mission is to raise funds to support specialised equipment, vital research, refurbishments to away-from-bed spaces, and therapeutic wellbeing programs. Additionally, CHF plays a crucial role in distributing comfort items crafted with love by our generous community to patients and their families.
We ensure that every donation and in-kind support positively impacts patients and families in the wider Canberra region who require treatment at Canberra Health Services public healthcare facilities. CHF acts as a bridge, connecting the generosity of our community with the shared vision of enhancing healthcare and wellbeing for all.
